US Congressman Keith Ellison visited several of MTS’ locations on Monday, July 28th. He met with administrators, teachers, and students while touring our various facilities. Congressman Ellison spoke with Superintendent Tony Scallon, Junior High Director Justin Birchem, Video Arts teacher Trey Wodele, and Junior High Teachers Tyler Coley and Brianna Andrighetti among others. The Congressman also gave a short speech to a group of junior high summer-school students. Keith Ellison represents Minnesota’s fifth District in congress and is serving his second term. Thank you to Congressman Ellison for taking the time to visit with us and talk with our young people. And thanks to Tyler Coley for snapping photos of the visit!
